The ability to express thoughts and ideas is one of the most critically important skills an individual with something to say needs to develop.

I've spent more than a decade sharing my life story and my my life strategy to help change the stereotypes associated with 'disability' in both the public--and 'disabled' populations.

I've taught children from elementary to high school about the importance of brain and spinal cord injury prevention. It has been one of the greatest joys of my life to watch their eyes widen with the wonder of understanding something I've taught.

I've also spoken before more mature audiences to share my personal five-step life strategy and the power of a positive attitude after disability.
